Attorney Registration Insert
The Office of Court Administration includes an informal insert (prepared by the LAT) with attorney registration renewal forms. The Insert features a brief evaluation questionnaire and information on lawyer assistance services available throughout the State. Over the two-year span for registration, about 180,000 attorneys receive the information.
