Videotape Project
The Trust has produced two 11-minute videotapes on the topic of alcoholism and substance abuse in the profession. Conceived as a method to get the word out on a wide basis to attorneys, the videotapes are meant to be shown in conjunction with CLE events throughout the state. The LAT has made copies available to local and specialty bar associations for this purpose. In addition, the Trust has created shorter versions of the videos, which run about 3 minutes.
The videos contain the messages that alcoholism and addiction are a disease; that treatment works, and that help is available.
